Hyrule Fantasy

I telelported and landed in the spring "OMG IT'S COLD" I squealed and jumped out of the pond and fell next to Jill.

Oh and this is my clothes change. x3

I teleported off, wiping the fur off my tunic. "Dang, 64 can run like the wind." I said, looking up into a tree. "Well...Do any of you have some string? I'm going to go fishing!" I said, breaking a strong branch off.

I took my new outfit in the satchel, that was still dry, and went behind a tree, and took off my metalhead clothing and put on my new outfit. "Man, i hope no one was looking..."

I landed in the spring with a splash! I love water! I began swiming around, totatly loving this, until 64 began running to the village. Doesn't he remeber what happened in the game?! I got up and began to chase after 64 with Silver.
"Stupid mutt!" I yelled as I entered Ordon. I stopped or a second to pant and took in my surroundings. It was nearing sunset and the whole village was outside. Everyone had puffy red eyes and the children hid their faces from me.
Wait children? Shouldn't they be gone? A surge of panic came over me. I walked up to Collin's dad (what's his face). "Sorry about my dog, he's a little....wild right now." I said as I held out my hand. "I'm Midna"
The man took my hand and shook it. "Russell" I took a few seconds to look around again. "What happened here?" I whispered/asked.
Russell looked down. "Eariler today a group of mosters came to the nearby spring and kidnapped the mayor's daughter. They would've taken my son too if a local lad didn't intervene. Sadly, the lad lost his life."
My heart dropped. Local Lad= Link. s*Navi*t! F@#$! s*Navi*t!
"My constalations." I said, hiding my feelings, yet sounding sorrowful. "May I pay my respects?" Russell lead my to the mayor's house where I lit a candle for a boy that was obviously Link. After that, I talked to Russell for a few minutes (Me and some friends are traveling, I've onw my dog since I was 8. etc.) when he handed me the sword and sheild.
"A girl should never travel without a sword." he said with a wink.
I thanked him, and called for 64 and Silver. My voice didn't sound like my own, it was more comading. more scary.

I rubbed my head, "MW. We are human now remember." I mentioned, still shaky from the water. "We need to head to Faron woods."

((eh, oops I was still thinking game wise how Link wasn't a human yet))

(Eh, I'll still play wolf for a bit. I don't mind, Menrow doesn't have to though.)

"WEEEEEEEEE! Uhhkkuhhh?" I was running toward the spring with a gleeful look, when....a smell suddenly pervaded the air. What was this? Blood? But...it's sooo...strong...Is it cause I'm a wolf now?

I walked forward slowly. As I rounded the bend in the path, I was horrified by what I saw... Blood, everywhere! It covered the trees, the grass, the ground, everything! But it was what I saw on one of the branches that TRULY made my heart sink! A piece of clothing...just like Link's from TP, and beside that? His makeshift wooden sword...covered in blood.

My front legs buckled in and I dropped my face into the dirt. My breathing became uncontrolable as I began to hyperventilate. My eyes were twitching wide and open as I did everything I could to stop the tears. But to little avail, they came anyways. I could here them calling for me, but I didn't really...hear them....eveything was just...blocked out. Their calls, the birds, the nearby water. Everything was silent compared to the sound of my own heart beat.

I had no thoughts, cause if I had, I would have realized 'Oh, this is just a game! These characters aren't real!' but I couldn't. It was there, it was before me. Someone I idolized, real or not, had died, right here at this exact spot.
...I...just couldn't think! I wasn't sad...no...I was angry... I didn't get sad much these days, only changes in the family or or a friendship really made me sad. Anything else? Just made me angry. But even then, I was usually really good about controlling it! ...I don't know...I guess I have no real excuse, everything just happened at once. Next thing I know, I'm running like a feral beast toward the wall of twilight that knew was going to be there.
...which I'm guessing was a really stupid idea...

I lowered my head and hesitated. God I was such a coward but it WAS 64 so he might not snap at me. I walked over and hesitantly reached my hand down and started to pet his back. Hey. I just noticed my wrist was better again as it was my right hand that I extended. YES!

"I'm..uhh sorry 64. I know how much you like Link."

(wait don't we talk to the fairy and looks of the tears of light thingys?)

I bllinked a couple of times in shock and hid behind Jill as I looked at the bloody sword. "Uh oh" I said "This isn't good at all!"
I began plotting revenge against who ever did this.

I came running up to the blood bath, actually ready to cry. I guess I never had been good with death (especially hospitals...long story) but when I saw everyone else sad, I distintively held back my emontions.
"Let's camp for the night." I said. And led them away. I'll talk to them while we eat.

I followed the path with MW. "What the hell happened h--" And there I saw it. The Dead lad's tunic and hat. I saw all the blood and immediately made multiple dry heeves and vomited on the ground. It was more disgusting than sad for me. I had never actually MET Link, so the connection wasn't as strong. After the vomiting stopped, I looked at the bloody pile again. "This must be why we're here. We'll stop whoever did this." I looked at the group. "And that 'whoever' must be Zant. Who else?"

I then looked at my feet and began mumbling. "This is strange indeed. Link's dead. Link64 is here. And 64 had the EXACT same situation as Link did in the game. Then there's MidnasWolf... where's the real Midna? Link64 is more than likely gonna be directed to the Master Sword. It has to be. The situation at hand, the passing, the newfound strength 64 has..." I looked up quickly, noticing some stares. "Aaaahh... Just thinking aloud, I'm sorry."

I was in shock of seeing the blood, even though I was high in a tree, making a branch into a fishing rod. "Hey, does anyone want any fish? I don't mind sharing." I said, noticing everyone setting up camp. "Suit yourselves, I'm going to get some fish!" I said, making a hook for the string and thinking of what to use as bait.

"I don't like fish." I said and coughed in my mouth. It was rude for everyone to just stare at the site. I looked around, obviously the body had been taken away. By either animals or the villagers, who knows, but I had seen no graves or funerals. I rolled up my sleeves and went over to a tree, digging up the ground slightly, then grabbed the articles of clothing that remained, ignoring their looks and set them in the hole. "May you be reincarnated into a good life." I mumbled and covered the hole back up, set some rocks on it and placed what was left of the wood sword into the rocks, making a makeshift grave.

"I'm sorry for not doing anything... Blood makes me... horrified... I hate seeing it. I'm surprised I didn't faint." I heard the word "fish" and gagged. "BLEH!! FISH! Worst white and pink meat out there."

I didn't get offended at all, since most of my friends hated fish. "Oh well, more for us, I'll get some sort of fruit or something for the others, don't want them to go hungry." I said, nabbing a minnow to use as bait, then casting off.

I couldn't eat that night. I couldn't sleep either. All I could do was just lay there. Though quiet on the outside, my mind was screaming on the inside. The worst and best of me clashed with in as I tried to suppress the conflicting feelings.

The more and more I thought, the more and more angery/scared I got. It was finally sinking in, not just that I was here, but that I wasn't home. Everything I loved, no longer around. Was I going to see them again? Was there any real chance that I would make it out of this....alive? Why me? Why not the thounsands of other Zelda fans. I loved this series, but I had a real life I was already devoted to. Dreams that I had yet to achieve!

What little sensable introspection I had left simply allowed me to sit there and observe my mind race through the 5 stages of grief. But what was it I was grieving over? The loss of Link? The loss of my home? My family? My friends? The future I had worked so hard to start? What was it that was holding me back? What was it that was preventing me from just taking things a step at a time like I ALWAYS have!? WHAT IS IT THAT'S STILL HAUNTING ME! I'VE FACED MY PROBLEMS! ALONE AND WITH HELP! I HAVE NO MORE FORGOT FEARS OR ISSUES!
...So what was it about seeing this...this CHARACTER...someone who could at best be called a childhood memory, seeing this memory die that bothered me so? What was it about this fictional death that made me question my own losses!?
...maybe because....some how I knew....these losses were real.....Maybe, just....uptill now....I was never taking this seriously? It was all just a game....right? But no....it's not....This is real. These are real people, faced with real destruction. And if I don't help to stop it... I could be faced with my own true demise...And never see my family or friends again...


This was more than a game. This was my life, and I wasn't about to lose.

I came back with fruit and fish to eat, and noticed 64's face after dinner since her practically skipped it, and I found out why, and nearly got a heart attack. "Link...dead, so we're taking his place as heroes of time?" I asked myself, not noticing everyone else that heard me.

"Some joke of fate." I said and sat beside Link, petting his back over and over again. "Do you guys think..well I never thought a lot about it, mostly I tried not to. I mean, what if one day I got to sleep and don't wake up. This game is real life now. What if we die. Like Link did. I mean, he's not suppose to die, we arn't suppose to be here. We could die."

I leaned on my knees, drawn to my chest. "I wasn't ready to die yet. And here of all places. I can't do that to my parents. Die and they can't find me." I pushed up on my glasses.

I was busy roasting fish on the fire, still nearby listening to the talk.

"Hey Revlis can you make fish sticks?"
I asked even though I despised fish stick I was extremely hungry. I could hear my stomach grumbling as I rubbed it
and then I started to think about the monster that killed Link.

"We should head out soon!" I yelled to everyone. I was afraid.
I definately didn't want that thing that got Link to get me. Whatever it was, it was strong enough to kill him and can definately kill us. Link was the hero of time and who were we? Some random people who just magically appeared in this strange land. I felt like we had no chance against whatever was coming to us.

"Hey Brittany. Let's not die ok. There won't be anyone to burn us and put us in the same urn." I laughed, lightning the mood. "Guys. Link's probably in the sacred relem thinking...well s*Navi*t. This wasn't suppose to happen. I wanted to have sex before I die."

"Stop talking about death," I said assertively. "All this negativity will affect your focus." I stood up. "We have the shards of the Triforce of Courage so we can fill in the gap Link made. And this whole, 'WE CAN'T DO IT!' Why, look around you, have you forgotten?! You're surrounded by friends! Friends with abilities you lack! What, did you think we're going to do this by ourselves? If you did, go back to that spring and douse yourself with water RIGHT NOW!! We're going to break this spell on Hyrule, and we're doing it together!! We'll be harder to knock out as a team! But before we go into battle..." I sighed. "We need a plan."

(To sum it up, I was sad about Link's death, and I probably freaked out too, but I'm skipping to the present.)

"Hey, plan away, I'm waiting for Silver to get back with the fish. Unlike the rest of you, I think it's pretty sexy." I said.

"Jill i thought you didn't wanna do that" I laughed.

Deku was right we needed to think positive! We were going to show Ganon and all of his little monsters whose boss.

I waited patiently for my fish sticks, almost tempted to blast it with my fire to make it go faster.

I came back with fish fillets, and handed them out. "Well, I actually suck at fish sticks, but you guys don't mind, right?" Then I sat down, bringing out my other jacket, opening it, showing a little mound of fruit. "Well, Apples and Oranges to those who don't like fish." I said, munching away at my fish.
