I can agree. OoT's layout was amazing. The storyline flowed. It was not confuzing.

It's because OoT rocks.
It was the first 3d Zelda game, and it turned out great for 5 years of work. \

Twilight Princess has my vote. Mainly for the detailed graphics. But like OoT the story flowed together pretty niceley, and could be easily understood if you knew what you were doing. If you weren't.... then you'd want to talk to that person four or five times till you get it.
