And your forum is nothing but staff.... You have no normal members to moderate, thus making the site seem private. Now before you shoot me though my logic loophole that we only have an active staff, we at least have normal members, and jsut because they don't come, doesn't change the fact that we're not all staff.

Pyrobomber is no Moderator. He is currently doing three walkthroughs.

Link64 is a bright young dude. He seems to know what he's doing.
For FDL's age, he's doing great. He knows how to handle the users' request(s) and how to carry them out properly without angering the other users. I wouldn't be so iffy.

He has to be a member of staff. Why? you have 7 members. 3 mods, 4 admins. and this is kindergarden, but 3 + 4 = 7. So if he isn't an admin eather, there's something fishy about the statemeant.

I reviewed the logic with a firend of mine(TP ) and we came upon that my supistions would to no avail, and are just a waste.

Just because Espe is a paranoid idiot does not mean that you should just rid me of all power! Nova, Im assuming you said that because you don't know me, but I'm actually pretty mature. To assume that i would misuse my position as a moderator just because FDL has more posts then me on A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT website is really insulting. I'm not that mad that he passed me, its more or less a little rivalry thing going on. And FDL, you promised that the first ones on the website would get positions of power, no matter what, so that could also be seen as false advertising, becuase i was like 2nd or 3rd to join.

This would be the other half. You crave power that's equal to the Main Admin rank so you can control FDL. When honestly, FDL is a nice kid, and you shouldn't need to whatch him very much on his behavior.

A website is like a party, the "host" (webmaster) must be polite to his guest, while being himself. If he does that then his guest will say good things about him and more people will come to his parties. But if his guest (every body else) aren't polite to the host or the other guest, they won't be invited back, and other guest would refuse to be anywhere near that guest and wouldn't come to any of the host's future parties.
And the rules to a website are like a family. The father (webmaster) sets the rules and the children (us) will follow them. However, if the father gives a bad example and disobeys his own rules, then the children will think that it's OK to ignore the rules and begin to do whatever they like. The family will fall apart and there will be no house hold to join.
Although there are the Admin and MODS rule the site, its the "people" that rule the site. The "people" is that one or two persons that have a sense of athutity over everyone else. Although most people don't relize that this happens, it does, and often times, the people have more athority over everyone else and is highly respected.
