History:
Light was once the son of a peasant family. But then, during the time of Zant's rule, His parents and family were killed by shadow creatures. He was the only one in all his clan to survive the attack. He was only 8 years old at the time. For the next three years, he lived out his day wandering the Twilight Realm eating natural things and eventually becoming a vegan. He mostly lived in caves but occasionally would live in hollows beneath trees. Eventually after three years of wandering the Twilight Realm, he heard the sound of nearby people, he hadn't seen any other Twili in years so tried to hide himself. But, the stranger was a very powerful sorcerer who used the old magic of the Twili to find and bring forth Light. And after hours of questioning Light, he eventually offered to take Light in as his apprentice. Even though he had only known the man for a few short hours, Light accepted and went to live with the man.

Years went by. Light very quickly learned the old magic with his master and spent all his free time between apprentice chores working on improving his skill. On many occasions he got chances to meet Queen Midna (the master (Who's name was Grashk) was a close friend of the queen). One day, during a visit form the queen, she happened to notice him doing extremely complex magic, far beyond the abilities of most of the mages at the castle. So she offered to take him to the castle as the Champion of the Palace and her High Sorcerer. Light asked Master Grashk who reminded him that his apprenticeship had ended a while ago and so he packed his bags and left with Queen Midna for the castle. He remains there to this day.
