Dr. Franken Stein is a scientist that sees the entire world as an experiment or specimen. He often asks a person how he should dissect them if he's curious about them or if he's annoyed with them. His desire to dissect things has been apparent ever since he was a child; his childhood friends had to constantly stop him from killing people and cutting open the remains.
Stein is very sadistic; even when he doesn't intend on killing someone, he will go so far as to draw marks on their bodies, indicating where he's going to cut them open. He'll also preform experiments on people as they're sleeping. Stein is also borderline insane; he has stated that he's sensitive to it. Other characters have said that Stein is incapable of feeling love, and even he has gone so far as to say that he doesn't understand some emotions people have, normally centered around love. While he seems insane on the outside, he actually can be kind and compassionate, but it's only to his students and his coworkers.
Dexter is a boy genius who does crazy things in his lab. He creates, chemicals, robots, and other things, including but not limited to a giant fighting robot, so he can fight his rival. Sometimes Dexter creates groundbreaking things, but his sister Dee Dee sneaks into his lab without permission and destroys them accidentally.
Dexter takes pride in seldom being wrong. However, he believes most of the myths and legends that Dee Dee tells him, which made him highly superstitious. He also knows little about common illnesses as well. He's scared of clowns and bugs. Because he's so smart, he has a hard time fitting in when it comes to the world outside his lab.

Dr. Stein! He gives new meaning to the word mad scientist. Besides, where as Dexter is more of a robots expert, Doc Stein is more of a biologist. He likes to....dissect....

Princess Nia was isolated from the world all of her life. When she was abandoned by her father and discovered by Simon, she knew nothing of the outside world, but her good looks and sweet nature won the heart of every male in Team Dai-Gurren. At first she was shy, but as time progressed, she became as hot-blooded (albeit more polite than the rest of the Team Dai-Gurren) and eager to participate in battles as everyone else.
Princess Zelda was the young ruler of Hyrule, set to have her coronation as Queen on the very day that Zant took over. Having surrendered, she watched the events unfold while being trapped in Hyrule Castle. When Midna was injured and Link brought her to the castle, Zelda seemed to give her life to save her, but instead, she just transferred her power and lost the ability to retain a physical being for some time. In the fight against Ganondorf, Ganondorf possessed Zelda's body and used her as a puppet.
Princess Peach is the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. normally, Bowser and his cronies are able to kidnap her using many clever (and some not so clever) ways to get her out of the castle when nobody's looking. It's then up to Mario to save her. Peach is very nice and kind, and her pink attire seems to reflect this. She is often portrayed as Mario's love interest.
Princess Mandie is the princess of the planet Boudacia. She is EXTREMELY hot-tempered, armed with a myriad of weapons, such as a flaming sword, bazooka guns, an axe, a bomb, and diamond claws for fingernails. She was set to be wed to Mark Chang, but when he left her at the altar, she snapped and went on a bloodthirsty quest to find him and marry/kill him. She would stop at nothing, attacking anyone that got in her way, to get Mark back. Timmy and his fairies fool her more than once.
