Character Template and Developing Your First RPG Character

If you aren't sure how to give your brewing idea depth, you can use Nova's Character Template. I've modified it slightly, since we don't normally see walking beavers and cats with ninja skills. That was Mobius Online 2, not Hyrule Field.
I will post the tutorial in the next post.

How to avoid being a Mary Sue or a Recolor

If there's anything an RPing site hates, it's a Mary Sue or a recolor. Mary Sues are all too common. Recolors are commonly seen in Sonic websites, Klonoa websites, and anyhting that involves a furry.

All people do to make their Sonic recolor is simple. It can be made into a Scientific equation.

These harmful and synthetic specimens are EVIL creatures. They can infect their creator with the following unless if they belong to a spoof:
- Low IQ
- Trolling Syndrome
- txttlkitis
- Extremely Short Temper
- Losing virginity over the internet
- Excessive talking
- Excessive eating
- Having hedgehog DNA injected into their bodies
- Excessive stupidty
- Being an overall non-diagnosed retard.

- Mary Sues are characters that take the spotlight and originality of a series, that it causes entire forums to claw their eyes out.
This is a Mary Sue I used to own:
Mary Sue score: 96/100 KILL IT DEAD
Meet Sonikku. Even the name sucks. He's a robot who was meant to serve Eggman, but deserted his army after a while. This was after the time that I had been introduced to Zelda. Hense why he's got the gloves. Sonikku was soon seen as a nuisance in my mind. He was turned into Boryok H. Garou.
Mary Sue score: 16/100 GIVE IT MORE POWER!!
Meet Boryok H. Garou. No one knows what the H stands for. He's on a quest to find the pack that abandoned him as a baby. When he's not searching using his wolf smells, he's out killing theives and eating their bodies for food. He knows no better, for only he is his parent.
What am I trying to get across? Mary Sues are unoriginal. And Recolors go hand-in-hand with Mary Sues. Avoid them as best as you can.

On the RP character design thingy, why under history does it say, "Ben, make at least a few paragraphs?" does it mean that if you are a BEN you need to like recount the creepypasta? XD
