....guns don't exist in Hyrule? I mean, some exceptions can be made. Like Mario's "Pistol" which is powered by his own "fire powers" but normal guns, especially semi-auto or fully automatics are kind of unfitting in this world.

And these "chaos" powers of yours, can we get a description of what they're like or do? Oh, and these ???/??? stats of yours, what are they scaled from? What are they being compared to?

Second, Chaos Control: Explains it self...
Chaos Shine: It brings light to the world and can also be used as a weapon by stunning his opponents
Chaos Destroy: Can only be used when Overdrive and mega are full. destroys all enimies.

Actully it does now. The reason why any of the characters has the power to use Chaos control is from the power of the chaos emerald. Unless Victor had one of the 7 on him, he would be unable to use it and even then, very few can. When Sonic first learned to use it, it almost killed him.
