Apparently Mermaids exist in the Zelda universe. OOA Zora's talk about them like they're a rarity, and you even help one in LA. So when I was young, I kind of assumed Hylian + Zora = Mer-man/maid.
And Hylian + Gerudo = Gerudo
And Hylian + Goron = Goron
And Hylian + Kokiri = Lawsuit
Keep in mind, I was like 12 when I believed this. After playing WW, I really don't know WHAT to believe! XD

i think that midna'swolf is....sorta right,because in several games they call zora's "it" but that does not prove it is not considered a hylian. i find that a
zora/goron has its ways and they have similarities to humans to i would call them the counterparts of humans

By the dictionary, MW, we could assume that Hylians are also not people because they aren't quite human. I'd say that Zoras are at least, being more humanlike. Gorons are weird.

Possibly. As long as there aren't any...Veneral diseases that are fatal to humans and they're okay with a mutant baby. Although don't zoras lay eggs?
