Edward Elric is the protagonist of the Full Metal Alchemist series. He can be rude at times, and he comes off as immature at times. However, to the people that have impacted his life in a positive way, he is selfless and loyal. If you make a remark about Ed's height, he will snap and attack you. He fights with his automail and alchemy.

Link Is the hero of The Legend of Zelda series. In Ocarina of Time, he sports his classic green hat and tunic. He is armed with a Sword and Shield, but he has things such as arrows and bombs to bolster his fighting prowess.

Alchemy beats magic. About Ed losing his arm, Ed could dodge and duck CIRCLES around Link. Link is only trained in weapons combat, whereas Ed is full-blown martial arts and can still deliver just as many blows as Link can. With the bombs and such, Ed can use alchemy to defend himself. (Putting up barriers, transmuting his own weapons, creating diversions, etc.) Ed can ALSO change the Master Sword and Hylian Shield into a weaker substance, as he did with Greed's skin shield. So my vote stands with Edward Elric, because, as I've been saying all morning, alchemy beats magic.

Momo (Samurai Champloo)

Momo is believed to be the last Flying Lemur in existence. He met Aang in the Southern Air Temple, and stuck with him for the rest of the series. Despite being intelligent, he can't understand human speech. He really loves fruits and will gorge himself on them when he has the opportunity to. He has even participated in some of the battles the Gaang were in, such as the battle with the pirates for the Avatar and Waterbending Scroll, respectively.

Momo is Fuu's pet flying squirrel. She knows when Fuu needs her help or when she's in danger, and will help in any way she can. Momo once stopped Fuu's would-be rapist by flying around him and confusing him. She lives in Fuu's kimono.
