Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64 Empty Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64

Post by MenrowSpirit Wed Jan 30, 2013 5:13 pm

So 64 and me from like 2:30 to almost 4:30 in the morning were ranting about crazy zelda theories. And they're is just so much and such weird ranting, I don't think I could put them all into words. Most of them were his theories, I hope he doesn't mind me sharing them.

The Sacred Relem Theory

This one is most of 64's doing. The big question was we know WHAT the sacred relem is, but we don't know where. Is it some magic world connected to Hyrule only through the Master Sword? Was it the throne of Hylia, where she probley stayed before becoming mortal? The theory is, and he can probley explain this better then me, the theory is. The Sacred Relem is a peice of reality that is not there. His example was Pokemon. Your on this square of land, and nothing else on the map exsists around you UNTIL you enter it, enter it's reality. And once you enter it's reality, the square behind you dissapears. He called it Schrodinger's Cat theory (If you know anything about that). If you put a cat in a box, the cat could live or the cat could die, but we won't know until you lift the box to see. UNTIL you lift the box to see, we don't know, the reality inside the box does not exist.

Now!

What if this is true for the Sacred Relem? And where did it come from then? THE THEORY IS, it did not exsist until SS.
Spoiler:
This room where she was sealed can very possible be the Sacred Relem. It's a reality that does not exsist until you enter it, Aka. Through the Door of time, The Master Sword, acting as that key to the Relem. Supporting Evidence of this is that the door she was placed behind looks just like the Door of Time. In Oot, if you were to get a 360 map of the Temple of Time, they're is nothing beyond the Door of Time is at the BACK of the Temple, and they're is NOTHING PAST IT.

Once you open the Door of Time you are taken into this Reality outside reality, which is the Sacred Relem. The door acts as a portal into the world. That's why when Link opened the Door of Time and pulled the sword in Oot, Ganon was able to just walk right in and get the Triforce of Power. More evidence? In TP, you look at a door that is the same on either side in the woods. You continue through the woods and it's the Master Sword, seemingly, no Temple, no relem or anything. You enter the Door of time, as it is still standing after the Temple is long gone, you enter into a bit of more time warped reality that doesn't exists until you are in it. When placed the Master Sword back in it's pedestal, you enter in a new world outside of Hyrule's Reality, The Sacred Relem.

Another Peice of Evidence?

If Link dies, and the decline TimeLine begins, Ganon get's all 3 peices of the Triforce. The sages still seal him away into the Sacred Relem. BUT, entering the Lost Woods, you draw the Master Sword and that's it. If Hyrule is allowed to decline, the Door of time would have been destoryed. No more Portals to the sacred Relem. Which is why Ganon was trapped there and Agahnim had to create so many little portals around Hyrule, which caused people to fall in and out of the Sacred Relem, or the Dark World. AND because their is no more portal to the Sacred Relem, why he was trying to create a huge one at Hyrule Castle for Ganon and his army to get through.

And of course in the adult timeline, after Hyrule was flooded, they would be no way to ever enter the Sacred Relem, so in a way, it does not exsist anymore.

So that's that theory. The Sacred Relem is a reality outside reality that can only be entered through the Door of Time.

The Navi Theory

Now you have to read this, basing the fact off of if the above theory of the Sacred Relem was true.

This theory is also 64's bit. At the end of Ocarina of Time, Navi flies away through the strangly only window behind the Door of Time. The only window constantly letting in light onto the sword. Link closes the Door of Time forever, and in his search for Navi, even going to the other side of the World (The popular fantheory of Termina being on the opposite side of Hyrule) He never found her.

In Twlight Princess, when you place the Master Sword in the Temple of Time as you are in it's reality, a magical stair case leads up to a window, that is a doorway into another world (The Sacred Relem theory mentioned above). The same Window that Navi flew into. Link never found her because she went to the Scared Relem. And who could blame her, the Deku Tree was dead. Link's life as a Kokori was over so he had no need for a guardian fairy. Where did she have to go. Being the only fairy in the world to face Ganondorf makes her pretty special.

And to back up this theory. They're is 1 Great fairy in the Dark World, who said she was cursed by Ganon and forced to live there. Aka, Navi.

I added on my part of to this theory where, when Navi tells Link she can not face Ganondorf's dark magic and help him. Then suddenly, when he becomes Ganon, she can. I think that's the moment she got cursed. Being cursed could make her immuned to his dark powers now that it's in her body and that's why she would be able to help him fight.

Termania and Hyrule Opposite Dieties Theory

This theory is a combined effort of both our rantings. There is a fantheory going around that Termina is completely opposite from Hyrule, on the other side of the world. If we go based off this fan theory, Din, Nayrue and Feoroe created the world and life right. Now my theory was they left this Triforce with stupid awesome powers to be in the hands of mortals. For safty purposes, they probable created Hylia to watch over Hyrule, make sure they don't completely wipe life out or something.

But if they created the world, they would have created Termina too. Well, Hylia could only watch Hyrule. So who would watch Hyrule's crazy opposite cousin? Maybe, an opposite Diety of Hylia? This is where most of 64's theory comes in.

Fierce Deity could very possibly be Hylia's opposite. As she was to watch and guard over Hyrule as a loving, kind and protective of her people. Feirce Deity would watch and guard over Termania, but being her opposite, was a butthole, dark and not so friendly god. When Demise came around, Hylia willingly sacrificed herself to save her people. Chances are when Majora came and started messing with Termania, Fierce Deity would have sat back and watched. SO! His people sacrificed HIM, sealing him in a mask in order to protect themselves from Majora.

They're was also a tiny part of the theory that The Moon could be Termania's equivalent to the Temple of Time, and the beautiful, mysterous, magic place inside the moon would be their version of a Sacred Relem.

Ezlo Started It All Theory

In the timeline, Minish Cap comes right after SS. This is 64's theory that I understood, I don't know if I can explain it as well as him. So, in SS, 'Hylia' was sealed away with the Triforce, as it's guardian right? Which is why the Royal Family is always guardians of the Triforce. Now. Ocarina of time Zelda specificlly says that the Triforce falling into Ganon's hands was all her fault. She abused her power. Now, these Minish come to Hyrule from their own little world and reality, coming with this Lifeforce and Piccori sword, beind all "Well, whatever the gods can do we can do. We heard legend of a magic triangle with stupid powers and a magic sword with sealing powers." Zelda was fine, untouchable, until one Piccori came around, turned Zelda to stone, and caused her powers to activate. Once the Royal Family Zeldas had their powers back, Oot Zelda screwed up Hyrule and all these timelines and futures happened.

And that Piccori was Vaati. Who was droven to do these things cause of Ezlo

So Everything that happens in Zelda after SS if Ezlo's fault.

Thanks alot Ezlo!

The Triforce in Hyrule Theory

This one was also a combined effort. At the end of SS, the Triforce is sealed away into the Sacred Relem to be protected. In Ocarina of Time, it was taken out of the Sacred Relem and into Hyrule. But what happened to it after Ocarina of time?

The Triforce is moved around, depending on the times.

If Link dies, he is free to take the Triforce of Courage from his body and the Trifroce of Wisdom from Zelda, and he would have the full Triforce. Zelda and her sages say, well F@#$ this, and seal him into the Sacred Relem with the full Trifroce. This is the last time the Triforce is ever in the Sacred Relem.

After Ganon is destroyed in Lttp, the Royal Family gets the full Triforce and puts it away in their castle, which is why they have it in the Oracle Series. But then, in Zelda 1, Ganon was ressurected and he managed to take the Triforce of Power back. Zelda got scared and broke up the Triforce of Wisdom and SOMEONE put the Triforce of Courage away some where. And it stays in Hyrule into Zelda 2 also.

Now, in the adult timeline, the Triforce was taken out of the Sacred Relem by Ganondorf after Link drew the Master Sword, and it never returned. It forever remains in Hyrule. Link breaks up the Triforce of Courage to prevent anyone from getting it, and Zelda kept hers. When Ganon broke free and still had the one of Power. when Hyrule Floods, the Triforce is brought back together and then flooded, left to sit in the bottom of the sea forever, which is why it isn't mentioned in Spirit Tracks. PH is a completely diffrent world, so they would have no need for the Triforce.

NOW!~

This one is really screwed up, but bear with me, I can't explain it as well as he did. At the end of Oot. Zelda sends Link back, and Link warns the Royal Family of what Ganon is going to do. But what about the Trifroce? Why does Link have it at the end of the game? How did it end up in Hyrule then in TP if the 7 years never happened? Zelda F@#$ up! She sent Link back to the very moment before he even met her creating a time paradox. Since Link had to return the Master Sword, he was sent back to the front door of the Sacred Relem and hurried off to warn the royal family, leaving the Door of Time open from the other side without needing the spiritual stones! After Ganondorf's meeting with the King and gaining his loyalty, he could walk right into the Sacred Relem, get the Trifroce, and have it break up! He never would have needed to attack the Castle, Zelda wouldn't have fled, however! Assuming the King belived some crazy kid's story about time travel and evil kings over his own daughters vivid visions, they're would be a bounty on Ganondorf's head. So he'd be on the run. Now!

If we go by this, Twilight Princess could NOT happen right after Ocarina of Time. It would have to have been atleast years and years later because of the Master Sword's location. The Temple of Time would have had to been destroyed and had enough time for a grand forest to grow around it. Now in Wind Waker, Ganondorf was alive for hundreds of years, most likley the Triforce of Courage made him immortal to time, as in he wouldn't die of old age or age period. As The Royal Family died and had kids, the search for Ganondorf would have continued until HE FINALLY GOT caught.

This is why in TP when they were exacuting him, the Triforce of Power was activated, because it had remained in the mortal world all these years. That is also why a stranger from outside Hyrule has the Triforce of Courage. After link warned the royal Family and left to find Navi, the next hero, possibley someone of his bloodline, direct or not would get the courage peice. And why the royal family would still have the Trifroce of Wisdom.

So after all this Theory. We can conclude that the Triforce only remained in the Sacred Relem Twice in the entire timeline. At the end of SS up to Oot before Ganondorf breaks it. And if Link dies and Ganon is sealed away in the Sacred Relem with the full Triforce.

Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64 Empty Re: Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64

The Master Sword Theory

This one is actully my theory. In the Zelda games, the Master Sword keeps getting moved around. But how? Only the chosen hero, a descendent of SS Link and Hylia's Champion would be able to move the sword. The Master Sword never moved! The locations of buildings would have had too!

In OOT, the Master Sword is in the Temple of Time. If Link dies, then Ganon would have already taken over Hyrule as the Evil King. Chances are, based on the scene from WW when Zelda is holding the Master Sword, Zelda, not able to defeat Ganon herself, had the sages seal him away and place the Master Sword back with the Triforce. In hope to keep him there, and probable cause the only hero was killed, the temple of Time was probable destroyed. Over the Years a forest would have grown around it and that's why it's rusting away in the Woods in Lttp.

Now In the adult timeline, Ganon would have taken over, Link would have sealed him away with the Master Sword. Hyrule Castle is destroyed cause of Ganon, and since it's a giant lava pit now, they would have to relocate the Castle. How about tearing down the Temple of time, making part of it the Basement for the new site of Hyrule Castle. They built the New Hyrule Castle over the top of the Temple of Time, probable to watch the seal and protect it's and the swords location, which is why it would be in in Hyrule Castle's basement in WW. And then lost under the seas for that entire timeline.

Now. In the Child Timeline, Link returned the Master Sword. Now, depending on what you go by, if you ignore the Trifroce in Hyrule Theory, when Link warned the Royal Family, they may have destroyed the Temple of Time themselves, in order to prevent Ganondorf from ever getting to the Sacred Relem. Over years an enchanted like forest grew up over the ruins and that leaves the Master Sword in the Sacred Grove of TP. If you want to add the Trifroce in Hyrule Theory, it would still be the same thing, only they don't know that Ganondorf was already in and out of the Relem.

Now! At the end of Lttp, Link returned the Master Sword to it's 'final resting spot'. Taking in mind that Ganon is dead, the sword will never be drawn agian, supposibly. People would have forgotten about the sword, the woods would have grown more and more over it and it would be lost, which is possibly why it never shows up after Lttp in that timeline. (You have to take this to mind, not including the secret Orcale connections when you get the Master Sword. The theory with that is that if the Oracle's are embodiments of the Goddesses, it would be very possible that Feore, an Oracle of Secrets and the embodiment of the Goddess of Courage would be able to watch the Master Sword, and take it at will if she wanted and give it to Link.)

At the end of WW, the Master Sword is lost under the seas and that's why it never shows up in PH or ST.

At the end of TP, just like Lttp, Link very likley replaced the Master Sword back to the forest, and over time, it grew and the sword was lost.

You have to keep in mind in this theory, this is just the Master Sword location itself. I know that each Hyrule map is different and not in the same same spots it you place to maps on top of each other. You have to take this theory in mind, ignoring the map layouts.

The Piccori Sword Theory

This one is mine too. The Piccori made this magical sword, that only appears in two games. Keeping in mind that it appeared before Oot, and after TP according to the timeline. This means that somewhere in the Link Dies timeline, somewhere in Hyrule is this magical Piccori Sword just sitting around, keeping Vaati sealed up. This means, it is also sitting somewhere in Hyrule in Twilight Princess before Vaati broke free in 4sA and in the Adult timeline, still in Hyrule, under the waters keeping Vaati still sealed up.

Just a little mindblow there for ya XD

The Twilight Relem Tribe Theory

This is also a tiny one I came up with. The Twilight mirror is infused with crazy powers that no one can use so you know it's an achient mirror. Midna tells the story of an achient tribe and leaders looking for the Golden power and were sealed away to the Twilight Relem to prevent it. It's possible that the tribe that followed Demise IS the tribe that was sealed away. SS universe holds magic powers that is pretty much lost through out the years. It's when the Master Sword was created so it's a good chance, it's when the Twilight Mirror was created as well. No one has the powers to make a mirror to go between worlds like that and no one has the powers to create another Master Sword. So, that's just something I threw out there. Also that the Mirror in Lttp might have some connection to the Twilight Mirror also.

The Chosen Hero Destiny

This was half mine, half 64's. Agian, this is definatly one he could explain better. But, the Master Sword will only chose a chosen hero right? Anyone who is decended from SS Link. So we were like, well, how can Link keep coming from outside Hyrule and still be a chosen hero then? It doesn't have to be Link, or a direct decendent from Link. Just anyone who shares his bloodline that can be traced back to SS Link. Example? WW Link is a reincarnation of Link, not a decendent like Tetra is in the royal family. Also, if Link dies in OOT and the Link Dies timeline starts, how can they're be a hero to pull The Master Sword? The theory is based on the idea that the blood line seperated birth after brither from SS Link. Lttp Is an example of this. The story mentions that Hylian Knights fought and sealed Ganon and that Link is a decdent of the knights. However, Oot Link had died, so this means they're is another bloodline of Link's to continue the desitny of a chosen hero.

Basiclly, as 64 said, this theory says that if the first chosen hero would die, the burden would fall to a next decedent of SS Link.

OK! This is one I just relized myself replaying TP.

So in the lost woods, you play zelda's song and a Skullkid appears. But it's like wait, why would a Skullkid appear in reaction to the 'song of the royal family'. My theory is that, when Link became a stalfos, aka, the Hero's Shade, he was probley one of the only Stalfo's to keep his mind and not turn into a monster. While forever trapped in the Lost Woods, maybe Skullkid, his friend he played Saria's song with, and ended up in Termania like he did, is THIS Tp skullkid. Link may have become friends agian with Skullkid, once Skullkid got over the fear of adults they all have, or maybe cause he's a monster now and Skullkid liked the monster Skull mask cause it made him look tough or something, they probley kept eachother company. Which this could be possible if like, Stalfos is what happens when everyone else gets lost in the Lost Woods, but maybe Skullkids are children that get lost in the woods, or even Kokori that get lost, the Great Deku Tree can't be everywhere right? That could be why Skullkid would live so long, so Kokori never age. (Course this was kinda based off the noncanonness of the bonus Oot manga with SKullkid in it but it KINDA makes sense.)

So maybe Link explaind to Skullkid that someday, a new hero will arise, as one always does and he will not always be there to guide him and asked for Skullkids help, telling him when he hears this song, maybe even carved the stone himself, to guide the new hero to the Master Sword. Of course, Skullkid being his mechivious little self, probley was like, ok Link, I'll help, and then send all the annoying puppets after the new Link and messing around in the woods XD I guess, being a puppet for a while, he'd become very familiar with them.

Idk, thats just me x3

Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64 Empty Re: Ranting Theories of Mr and Miss 64

Post by MenrowSpirit Sat Sep 07, 2013 11:38 am

So 64 was at it agian. As I've mentioned, he recently bought a Master Sword replica at the Renn fair and we were talking about how I really wanted one, but I'd get the Lttp one. Then we were talking about how it's so diffrent from the other Master Swords. It's safe to say the lack of the blue shine in the handel is probley fron the years of it sitting there, lost in the woods, untouched for so long. It's even said about how rusted and worn down it become.

Then 64 had a theory.

Link to the Past can only happen if the Hero of Time dies. And the Link to the Past Sword has a red on it. HAd the sword been rust, it would have turned a darkish brown rusty color, but it's not. In that time line, it's the only Master Sword to be in the hands of a hero who died. His theory is that, what if the red isn't from rust and wear. What if it's Link's blood. The blood of the hero stained in it's handle forever. Blood does stain, as most woman can tell you, so it's entrilly possible that Zelda most likley returned the sword at Link's death without cleaning the sword, probley out of having no time or out of sheer fear that their one hero to save them was killed. They say only a hero can draw the sword. But as we see in WW, it's possible for someone else to carry it when Zelda returns it to Link.
