genuinely cannot believe this works

I watched a youtube video essay which did a deep dive on old internet forums/fansites and felt pretty heavy nostalgia. I've checked in over the years a few times and skimmed through old posts, it's always a lot of fun despite how obnoxious I probably was back in.... middle school? christ

I think this website was pretty foundational for me growing up, and meeting a bunch of y'all was a really neat, early internet experience. It's very cool that I got to hang out here and talk about the things I loved back then (and still do). I do genuinely regret falling out of contact and slipping away, I think I still am friends with Link64 on Facebook somehow? Anyway, seeing his posts is a cool reminder that people from here are probably out in the world living life which is neat as well. It'd have been even cooler if we could have kept in better touch, but I guess me doing this is a way to say that I'm great, Espe is also great, and we're having a great time out here. 

I think some of my best creative writing is here in the RP section buried deep down and that's wild, more of an indication that I'm not much of a creative writer anymore.
