E3 2011 Topic

Well, we're a week away from the big show.

So what do you think is gonna be announced? We already know that Nintendo's going to give some details about their new console. And of course, some Skyward Sword details. Seven days may seem like an eternity, but before we know it, Reggie, Miyamoto, and Iwata will be out on stage highlighting their plans for 2011 and beyond.

I'm thinking Sony's going to have a pretty awkward press conference...In addition to showing their new, portable console, the NGP. I'm thinking people'll be more curious about the PSN outage than anything else Sony has in store.

In the way of Xbox, Gears of War 3, some Kinect games, Elder Scrolls V and perhaps a Halo 1 HD remake? Who knows? Only the future will tell.

And of course, it wouldn't be E3 without MW3. I'm still not sure how I'm feeling about that whole thing. I kinda think the series is moving a little fast. (And should probably end soon.)

Just a side note, but Nintendo's conference is Tuesday June 7th at 9AM PST.

There is a confirmed 9 consoles to be introduced this E3.
1. Wii 2 (Project Cafe)
2. PSP2 (PSV?)
3. Next model of Xbox 360
4. A Microsoft Handhel
5. The "True" 3DS, as apparently the currently released model is an intentionally scaled down version of the original design to be shown this E3.
6.???
7.???
8.???
9.???
It has been confirmed that the next model of PS3 will NOT be shown this E3. But rumor has it, among the 4 mystery systems, Sega will be showing off their OWN NGC having missed last generation, and failed the generation before.

Tomorrow's the big day! Nintendo's press conference begins at 9AM PT/12PM ET. I'm anticipating the reveal of the new console, as well as Skyward Sword details, and any surprises Nintendo has in store.

BTW You people suck. Just cause you like Nintendo better, doesnt mean that Microsoft automaticlly blows and I'm tired of hearing about it =o=. Also the 3DS. NOT EVERYONE GIVES A RATS ASS ABOUT IT! STOP TALKING ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME =o=

1. No one said we didn't care about Microsoft, I gasm'd when I saw Skyrim, then a second time when I saw Mass Effect 3, and finally Halo 4? I fell into a coma.2. EVERYONE gives a rat ass about the 3DS. Infact you seem to be the only person who doesn't. It's the newest system and is pushing untouched boundries, once the next big system comes out, people will stop caring.And 3. This is a Zelda site, all the other games look great and stuff, but I don't even care about half of Nintendo's lineup. I just wanna see Skyward sword!So chill, jeeze.

Menrow: Now that was just plain offensive. I meant to vote your post down, but I accidentally voted it up. Disregard that. Just because people don't like the same things as you, doesn't mean they automatically suck. And the 3DS. Why shouldn't we talk about it all the time? We're all nintendo fans. An the 3DS is their newest handheld, so wh shouldn't we talk about it? But thanks for pointing out how much we all suck. Really appreciate it.

You have a right to be excited about it, but its not far to have to listen to it for 3 hours straight and when you put ur opinion in, it doesnt matter.

Oh come on people. It's sarcasm. In my day when people said you sucked, it wasn't to be taken litterly. I mostly ment you suck for bashing Microsoft so much. It shouldn't matter who makes stuff, just that the games should be good but you know what, I don't care.

People like to replace the old with the new

I guess that explains it all. I'm just the old going to be replaced with the new so my sarcasim and opinions don't matter anymore. Expecully with everyone suddenly coming back

Well, I like the fact that the new nintendo system is coming, and heard that it MAY NOT be called the wii2 (As rumors go.) Sony might go for some exciting new add-on's, and Microsoft with new kinect stuff(?)

I dunno, I only heard these things from a couple of people..
